Hello!

A professional with more than two decades dedicated to project management and product and process development (as organizational adequation for implementing the software development maturity model, MPS.Br), I have also engaged significantly in organizational transformation for compliance with LGPD - Brazil's General Data Protection Law.

 

The foundation of my multifaceted career was established during my education in Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of São Paulo (USP), later expanding to include Information Technology, where I developed most of my career. Alongside professional development, I sought to expand my project management and leadership competencies through recognized certifications. I have also volunteered at the Project Management Institute - PMI since 2006 in various elective positions and on projects.

My Professional Journey

My professional path is rich and varied. In architecture, I developed essential skills that I later applied to my career in Information Technology, covering from architectural design to construction management. In IT, I stood out in software implementation, client interaction, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. As a Product Owner, I led products from inception to delivery, including testing phases, documentation, and user training.

Mastering both traditional project management and agile methodologies, I excelled in product development leadership and organizational transformation, as well as in process management, leading significant organizational change projects.

Education & Certifications

Complementing my academic education, I completed an MBA in Business Management from FIA Business School and held internationally recognized professional certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM I, and PSPO I. These credentials highlight my commitment to professional excellence and continuous desire for growth and learning.

Volunteering & More

Since 2006, my active contribution to PMI reflects my commitment to the project management community, impacting both locally and globally. Furthermore, my life outside the professional environment, enriched by sports and a passion for languages and cultures, complements my approach to work and life.
